Born and raised in Basel, Switzerland. Studied law at the University of Basel and obtained his doctorate in law in 1997. Has worked for over 20 years in the financial industry and was CEO of Credit Suisse Life and Credit Suisse Trust as well as CEO of Clariden Leu and Centrum Bank. Was during this time, board member in several subsidiaries of Credit Suisse Group and was member of the foundation board of the Credit Suisse Pension Fund. Is today an independent entrepreneur, investor and board member at Jaquet Partners AG, a family office based in Switzerland. Is furthermore board member in a number of investment-, real estate- and start-up companies. Specializes in strategy, business development, corporate governance and financial industry.

Later Graduate engineer in computer science and began in the IT-business in 1993, initially with University of Aalborg and later with Dator A/S in Denmark. In 1996 he co-founded Trifork and has since then worked as CEO of the Trifork group. Specializes in strategy and business development.

B.Sc. in Economics. Began his professional career with Siemens Nixdorf A/S in 1993. In 1998 he co-founded the IT-company Interprise Consulting A/S as acting CFO and later CEO in Interprise Consulting Norge ASA. In 2007, he joined Trifork A/S as group CFO. Specializes in M&A, tax, IFRS and IPO\’s.
CEO/Founder of Verica.io. Previously an engineering manager for the Traffic Engineering Team and the Chaos Engineering Team at Netflix. As an executive manager and senior architect, Casey has managed teams to tackle Big Data, architect solutions to difficult problems, and train others to do the same. He finds opportunities to leverage his experience with distributed systems, artificial intelligence, translating novel algorithms and academia into working models, and selling a vision of the possible to clients and colleagues alike. For fun, Casey models human behaviour using personality profiles in Ruby, Erlang, Elixir, Prolog, Scala, and other languages. He speaks frequently on the topics of Chaos Engineering and Complexity.
Lars Dybkjær is Managing Partner at GRO Capital. Prior to this, Lars was Managing Partner at DKA Capital (former Dansk Kapitalanlæg). Previously, Lars was Venture Partner and Head of Danisco Venture at Danisco (2001-2006) and Managing Director and co-founder of Pentamind A/S (2000-2001). Lars Dybkjær holds a Global Executive MBA from Trium, an MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen and an MSC in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
