Jørn P. Jensen

Chairman of the Board

Until end of 2015 Jørn was deputy CEO and Group CFO in Carlsberg. Currently Jørn is also member of the Board of Directors in Danske Bank, Vimpelcom Ltd. as well as he is a member of the Committee on Corporate Governance in Denmark.. Elected to the board at the extraordinary general assembly on October 24, 2016.

Jørn Larsen

CEO, Board member

Began his professional career with A.P. Møller in 1983. Later Graduate engineer in computer science and began in the IT-business in 1993, initially with University of Aalborg and later with Dator A/S in Denmark. In 1996 he co-founded Trifork and has since then worked as CEO of the Trifork group.

Kristian Wulf-Andersen

CFO, Board member

B.Sc. in Economics. Began his professional career with Siemens Nixdorf A/S in 1993. In 1998 he co-founded the IT-company Interprise Consulting A/S as acting CFO and later CEO in Interprise Consulting Norge ASA. In 2007, he joined Trifork A/S as group CFO.

Specializes in M&A, tax, IFRS and IPO’s.

Lars Dybkjær

Lars Dybkjær is Managing Partner at GRO Capital. Prior to this, Lars was Managing Partner at DKA Capital (former Dansk Kapitalanlæg). Previously, Lars was Venture Partner and Head of Danisco Venture at Danisco (2001-2006) and Managing Director and co-founder of Pentamind A/S (2000-2001).

Lars Dybkjær holds a Global Executive MBA from Trium, an MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen and an MSC in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.


Adrian Cockcroft

Board member

Adrian Cockcroft has had a long career working at the leading edge of technology and is today working at Battery Ventures. He’s always been fascinated by what comes next, and he writes and speaks extensively on a range of subjects. At Battery, he advises the firm and its portfolio companies about technology issues and also assists with deal sourcing and due diligence. Before joining Battery, Adrian helped lead Netflix’s migration to a large scale, highly available public- cloud architecture and the open sourcing of the cloud-native NetflixOSS platform.
