Jørn Larsen
Group CEO
Jørn founded Trifork in 1996 and has been the CEO of Trifork since. He began his professional career with A.P. Møller Maersk in 1984 and entered the IT industry in 1994 with Dator A/S in Denmark. Jørn is a serial entrepreneur and global technologist.
Jørn obtained a mechanical engineering degree as well as a civil engineering degree in Computer Science from University of Aalborg.
Kristian Wulf-Andersen
Group CFO
Kristian joined Trifork as Group CFO in 2007. He was the co-founder and CFO of the IT-infrastructure company Interprise Consulting A/S until it was acquired by Trifork in 2007. He began his professional career with Siemens Nixdorf A/S and later Siemens Business Services A/S as it-consultant, trainer and management consultant.
Kristian was educated and served as officer in the Royal Danish Airforce for 5 years and obtained a B.Sc. in Economics from Aarhus Business School.

Karan Yadav
North America CEO
Karan Yadav is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise solutions, product strategy and business growth. Before joining Trifork, Karan held the position of Worldwide Lead for Enterprise Solutions at Apple. There, he collaborated with key partners and customers to develop innovative solutions on the Apple platform, playing a crucial role in expanding Apple’s enterprise market footprint over his five-year tenure. Before Apple, Karan spent many years at leading Enterprise Software companies, Workday and SAP. In these roles, he led teams across multiple functions from Product Strategy, Industry Go-to-Market, Mobile Innovation, and Value Management. Karan completed his master’s in electrical engineering from University of Arizona and his MBA from Indian School of Business.
Charmaine Carmichael
Group COO & UK CEO
Charmaine Carmichael brings over 25 years of executive technology leadership experience, having driven global business transformation, strategic innovation, and corporate governance across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth start-ups, and venture-backed technology firms. Prior to joining Trifork, she served as Managing Director and Partner at McKinsey & Company for five years, as a member of the global senior leadership team in McKinsey’s digital business-building practice. Before McKinsey, Charmaine was Managing Director and Partner at BCG Digital Ventures for four years. Her prior executive experience also includes two years as Global Senior Vice President at Nokia, leading global go-to-market operations, and six years as Managing Director and Vice President at Research in Motion (BlackBerry), where she was responsible for all EMEA operations, marketing, and sales.
